~

Today’s businesses have entered an era of permanent change that requires unprecedented interdependence between various departments. The depth of affinity between leaders and the people they lead, the organisation and its stakeholders and, of course, its customers, is more crucial now than ever before.

If you want to achieve essential business results through increasing collaboration across multiple business boundaries then this Master Class is for you.

The workshop is indispensable to anyone who wishes to grow their capabilities to engage others in organisational change and build commitment.

Would you like to practice and perfect:

·         Really listening and asking great questions to get to deeper underlying issues

·         Surfacing  issues and getting them on the table ( yours and others’)

·         Handling different perspectives and using difference to enhance the outcome

·         Finding the courage to speak and have your voice heard amongst multiple perspectives

·         Creating mutual respect in the way that you engage with your people, customers and stakeholders

·         Suspending judgement in order to really hear and appreciate the views of others

·         Breaking down communication barriers and co-creating solutions that stick

·         Facilitate meaningful conversations where everyone’s voice holds equal value

·         Your ability to explore your own behaviour and the impact it has on day to day conversations

·         Acting with integrity in what you say and do

Who is it for?

All levels of Leaders and managers

What we will cover:

  • Practices of Dialogue
  • Using the Four Practices
  • Advocacy versus Inquiry
  • Features of Stuck Groups and Teams
  • Operating Systems ( the implicit rules for how individuals govern behaviour and relationships in organisations)
  • Skills Practice
  • Developing trust and empathy

What makes this programme different?

The content and theory covered on the workshop is based on the research of Dr David Kantor of the Kantor Institute, Boston MA.  David Kantor has spent decades investigating how communication works and how it breaks down, when it matters most. The facilitator, Catherine Thomson from CHT Consulting is trained in working with Dialogue™ practices and tools with Dr Sarah Hill of Dialogix.
